Welcome to the Yotsugawa Classic Macintosh page.

Power Macintosh G4

This page is about vintage computing.

I used to have a few vintage computers. In 2021 I sold them to enter the seminary, as I didn't have the space or need for them anymore. I still run Mac OS 9.0.4 on SheepShaver and follow developments in the Classic Macintosh world.

Unfortunately Neocities sites don't load on OS 9, but I have used Claris Home Page 3.0, a WYSIWYG editor from 1997 for the Classic Mac OS, to design some elements of these pages.

Updates

  • 29 Oct. '23: I managed to find an HTML editor that works on my virtual OS 9 (Claris Home Page 3), so I'd like to use it from now on to design the bulk of this website.
  • 3 Nov. '21: I have sold all of my old machines in an effort to unburden myself of the upkeep and clutter as I prepare to enter the seminary. The machines went to loving homes.
  • 18 Mar. '21: The Quicksilver, which I purchased last year off Facebook Marketplace, which was running Tiger, has been system restored and is now running 9.2 (main boot) and 10.1.
